Send us your job photos

Three steps, about ten minutes on your phone. Real photos of your floors are the biggest lever we have on lead quality — nobody books a garage off a stock image.

1

Make one folder in Google Drive

You already have Drive if you have a Gmail address. Name the folder Diamond Proof Photos

On your phone
  1. Open the Google Drive app. (iPhone: grab it free from the App Store. Android: it is already installed.)
  2. Sign in with your business Gmail.
  3. Tap the + button in the bottom-right corner.
  4. Tap Folder, type the name, tap Create.
On a computer
  1. Go to drive.google.com and sign in.
  2. Click + New at the top-left, then New folder.
  3. Type the name and click Create.
2

Dump the photos in

Open the folder, tap + then Upload, and select straight from your camera roll. You can pick a hundred at once. On a computer, just drag the files into the open folder.

Do not edit anything. No filters, no cropping, no picking out the good ones. Send them full size, straight off the phone, and we do the choosing and the editing. More is better than better.
3

Share the folder with us

This is the step people forget. Uploading is not sharing. We cannot see anything until you do this.

On your phone
  1. Find the folder and tap the three dots next to it.
  2. Tap Share, then Share again if it asks.
  3. Type the address above.
  4. Set the permission to Editor.
  5. Tap Send.
On a computer
  1. Right-click the folder and choose Share.
  2. Type the address above, set it to Editor, click Send.
If sharing gives you trouble: open Share, change the access dropdown from Restricted to Anyone with the link, hit Copy link, and text Cesar the link instead. Either way works.

That is the whole thing.

Keep the folder. From here on, anything you shoot on a job goes straight into it and we pull from it as we build. You never have to send us photos twice.

If there is a customer’s home in there you would rather we not use publicly, say the word and we will skip it.

Questions on any of it, call or text Cesar.
